Sheets arrive in a plastic, zipped bag. Upon opening, the sheets have strong chemical smell that washed out. Washing instructions on the sheets state "Hand/Machine was: DO NOT USE HOT WATER". No drying instructions. Not many of us hand washing sheets today and I prefer to wash my sheets in hot water. I washed my set in cold water and a medium setting dryer and agree with the other review that the sheets are a tight fit. It was a struggle to get them on my queen mattress (no pillow top). Quality of the product is good.
