I eagerly popped them in the washer/dryer and was greatly disappointed when laundering complete. They were terrible wrinkly and got little pill balls within 2 washings and the elastic on the fitted sheet stretched out too. I ended up buying those stretchy sheet straps that are applied to the fitted sheet just to keep them on the bed. Granted the sheets have a nice thickness to them, but they feel like 250 thread count. They also didn't even come close to fitting our mattress, which is a 16 incher-corners pop off every night. I am also not sure about the care----"dry on low and remove while damp and for best results iron". Too much work for a set of itchy sheets if you ask me. I would return them if I hadn't already washed them and thrown away the packaging.
