These sheets are made from a very nice quality cotton. I think the workmanship could be better. The white hems on the pinstripe pattern are very nice, but in places the hems are not sewn flat or evenly. These are very attractive pillow cases made from soft fine fabric. The reason I only gave them 3 stars is that after the first washing two of the buttons were in the bottom of the washing machine.
