I have had the most unpleasant experience ever with this order, compared to any other order placed through Amazon. Note, this is an order with an Amazon merchant, not Amazon directly. I encourage you not to order this product or order from this merchant at all. I ordered this product as a Christmas present, it arrived on time as committed, this came in the standard sealed plastic packaging that linens do, but the package had obviously been opened. There was even gunk stuck to the sticky part of the packaging where it had been sealed. Yuck. I advised the Seller (via the Amazon "Leave Seller Feedback" process) and the Seller promptly sent a postage paid return envelope and exchanged the product for "new," which was good. However, after washing this product once (in cold water as directed) the dye from the dark blue polka dots ran, the pillowcases were not cut/sewn properly with the grain of the fabric so they were cockeyed, and the fabric was very rough. I advised the Seller, via the Amazon site, on 12-26 of this unacceptable product. No response. I contacted them again on 12-31. They replied directly to me, not the Amazon site (which is the proper procedure) that they would send me a prepaid envelope to return the product. I advised them on 1-7 that the envelope had not arrived. Again, they emailed me directly saying I would have it by the next week. I was leary of this Seller at this point and contacted Amazon to file a complaint. Amazon customer service is exceptional and I was assured that the credit to my Amazon Visa would be processed and to consider this issue resolved. I advised the Seller via the Amazon site that I had filed a complaint. The Seller then CALLED me, using the phone number I had provided for shipping purposes. I was outraged and told them not to contact me directly, to follow the Amazon procedures. I then contacted Amazon again, filed another complaint, and they're addressing this with the Seller.
