After ordering these pillow covers online, I went to Michaels to get inserts. Naturally, I purchased 18 inch inserts. When the pillow covers came in, I discovered that the 18 inch were WAY too small and had to go back for the 20, which are of course, much more expensive (unless you get them at Ikea, which I ended up doing).
