I'm not exactly a bedding conoseiur, so I can't speak to the "feel" of these sheets compared to others of lesser or better advertised quality, but these worked fine to replace my worn out "600 TC" cotton/poly sheets. The fitted sheet even completely fit my very thick mattress. The only "con" I can list is the color...they have a sort of sheen and a lighter color than my other black bedding.
